Health and Safety Protocols for Chair Massage

Our cleaning and sanitizing protocols ensure a safe and comfortable environment for your chair massage. The health and safety policies below are set in accordance with the Florida Department of Health as well as the CDC recommendations for best practices.

Arrive on Time: If you arrive early at your location (and aren’t planning to shop or dine before your massage) limited seating is available in the cafe area. Make sure your therapist is aware you are waiting.

Massage area: Only clients receiving chair massage will be allowed in or around the chair massage area.

Masks: Our therapists wear masks in the massage area and while performing massage. We request that Individuals who are not fully vaccinated, also wear a mask in the massage area for their own safety and the safety of others. Agree to a Temperature Check. below 99.5 you are able to receive a massage.

Use Complimentary Hand Sanitizer: All therapists and clients can use the hand sanitizer (we provide 60-95% alcohol-based sanitizer) before and after each chair massage.

COVID-19: Therapists and/or clients who have experienced symptoms similar to COVID-19, who live with someone who experiencing symptoms, or have been exposed, need to self-quarantine for 14 days before coming into the chair massage area to give or receive massage.

Massage therapy work involves maintained touch and close proximity over a period of time. Please be aware, because of this, there may be an elevated risk of disease transmission, including COVID-19.
