Take 5 Massage is the top chair massage team in Orlando. We are here for you six days a week, Monday-Saturday, with daytime and early evening hours. You’re expecting this to be costly, right? Not even close. Our most popular session costs just $35 for 25 minutes. Not bad for a therapy based on 5,000 years of experience.

We have a close-knit team of licensed and insured massage therapists who were specifically  selected to join Take 5. To be licensed as a massage therapist in Florida, candidates must pass a course that covers anatomy and physiology, musculoskeletal anatomy, pathology and a wide variety of massage techniques. We chose our therapists based on the quality of their skills plus their dedication, because we want every massage to be a great massage.

Every massage is based on therapeutic protocols that we have found to be highly effective — but not every massage is exactly alike. Each of our therapists has a solid grasp of the protocols proven to work. Some therapists have received additional training in specialized therapies.

As experience and repertoires grow, techniques may evolve, but attention to the basic protocols provides quality assurance and consistency.

Our goal is that every massage will be both consistent and extraordinary.
